About Dezynum
An engineering services firm, built for the long horizon of enterprise software.
Dezynum was founded on a simple bet: that the enterprises building serious software for the next decade would prefer to work with engineers who were as accountable to the run side of the system as they were to the design of it. We have built the firm around that principle.
What we do
The full lifecycle, end to end.
We partner with enterprises across application engineering, cloud and infrastructure, data and AI, digital experience, enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, quality engineering, DevOps and SRE, managed services, IoT and edge, business process services, and consulting.
What that list looks like in practice is narrower than it sounds: a small number of senior people, a clear thesis about the system being built or modernized, and a delivery cadence agreed against the outcomes the business cares about. Engagements compound when the same people stay close to the system for years, not when work is handed across silos every quarter.
We are deliberate about the shape of the firm. We grow the engineering bench at a pace the firm can absorb without diluting quality. We invest in research, internal platforms, and the depth of our industry practices. And we are honest with clients about where our judgment ends and theirs has to begin.
Principles
The four ideas the firm is built on.
Engineering as a craft
We hire and grow engineers, not headcount. Our delivery model is staffed by people who would still build software if no one paid them to.
Outcomes over output
Tickets closed and stories burned down are not the work. The work is what changes for the business when the system goes live.
A long horizon
We invest behind clients, partnerships, and engineers across multi-year horizons. Quarter-on-quarter optimization rarely produces compounding results.
Honesty as policy
We tell clients what we believe, what we have seen, and what we do not yet know. The hardest part of consulting is keeping that simple.
Leadership
A flat structure, deliberate offices.
Dezynum is run as a small set of accountable offices, each owning a domain of the firm end to end. Decisions are made close to the work.
